Eastern Iowa Community Colleges has hired Comanchette McBee as its new vice chancellor of academic affairs. McBee will begin her role soon to enhance academic programs + support student success.
Eight high school students learned electrical trade skills at the Heavy Metal Summer Experience at the QC Electrical Training Center in Moline Monday, where they practiced wiring systems and solar panel installation. The free summer camp runs through Thursday and will conclude with a graduation on Friday.
