About this event
Foundation Builder is based upon the Primary and Intermediate Ashtanga series. Focus is on experiencing intention and breath in each pose as students move from Sun Salutations to standing poses to seated poses. This class is a great fit for those wanting to deepen their experience of foundational poses, learn more about Ashtanga yoga, or develop a personal practice of moving meditation.
