EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Garfield Elementary students celebrated a Winter Olympics opening ceremony as part of a lesson that brought together library, art and gym classes, with 20 countries represented and a torch passed to unite the subjects. - ➤ Eastern Iowa Community Colleges and Northeast Iowa Community College received federal grants to expand their commercial driver licensing programs for active military, veterans and families.
