- ➤ Tapestry Farms in Davenport is offering small-batch Dubai chocolate bars and bouquets for Valentine’s Day that will support refugee job creation and social services through its urban farm program. - ➤ Estes Construction was named construction manager-at-risk for the $20M Phase 2 of Project Gateway at the Quad Cities International Airport. - ➤ A community mental health conference will address anxiety and trauma at Black Hawk College’s Quad-Cities Campus on Friday, March 20 from 8 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., and registration is open until Thursday, March 5 for a $45 fee that includes meals and a certificate for continuing education credits.
