QC Restaurant Week is back and is running until April 13, with over 80 local businesses offering diverse dining options — organizers expect the event to highlight the region’s authentic culinary experience.

Safer Foundation will hold its 20th annual Safer Sacks fundraiser on Thursday, April 24 and aims to sell 2,250 sack lunches to support people impacted by the legal system.

Lunches are priced at $9 for pickup and $10 for delivery, include ham, turkey, and cheese croissant-wich, chips, a cookie, fruit, condiments and a napkin, and must be ordered by Friday, April 18 (pickup is at JB Young Opportunity Center, 1702 N. Main Street in Davenport).
