- ➤ YouthHope, a faith-based group that helps at-risk youth, moved into Davenport last year at 306 Cedar St. This summer the organization will launch a fundraising campaign to build a new gym and upgrade its West End center to better serve local kids. The Dispatch Argus
- ➤ The River Bandits and GreenState Credit Union will offer free admission for the Tuesday, May 13, 6:30 p.m. game at Modern Woodmen Park to thank fans for the park’s recent USA Today Readers’ Choice Award win—tickets can be picked up at the box office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday. The game will also offer a free pennant to the first 500 fans and $2 hot dogs and sodas, with all amusement rides opening as part of the event—adding extra fun for families.
