- ➤ Davenport police responded early Monday before 3:15 a.m. to a domestic disturbance on Jersey Ridge Road and discharged their firearms at an armed subject, with the injured person taken to a Quad Cities hospital while the officers involved have been placed on critical-incident leave and a joint investigation by the Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation and Scott County Sheriff’s Office is underway.
