- ➤ Memorial Day events honor service members. Davenport hosts the 107th annual service at Historic Summit Church on May 25, organized by the Scott County Historical Society. - ➤ Union workers at Arconic reached a tentative three-year agreement with wage increases of 5%, 4% and 4% and no rise in healthcare premiums just before the deadline — informational meetings will be held May 21 at 7:20 a.m., 1:20 p.m., 3:20 p.m. and 6:20 p.m. in the hall. KWQC

- ➤ Davenport officials announced mobile speed cabinets will be set up Monday through May 25 at 5700 Division Street, 2800 Jersey Ridge Road, 4100 Division Street, and 700 West 53rd Street. Today, the speed van is at 1900 Brady Street (stops planned Tuesday through Friday). KWQC
