- ➤ Leaders from social services, business, and government met in Moline Wednesday morning to discuss homelessness solutions. The panel hosted by Congressman Eric Sorensen examined streamlining HUD grant applications and increasing affordable housing options. KWQC
- ➤ River Bend Food Bank in Davenport is set to receive a donation through a partnership between The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and america250.org. The contribution will boost local food aid programs. The Quad City Times
- ➤ Olympian Sarah Wells will keynote Executive Women’s Day on Tuesday, June 30 at TPC Deere Run in Silvis. The event, presented by Quad City Bank and Trust, is a collaboration of the JDC and (Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois) aimed at inspiring local professionals. - ➤ QCR Holdings re-elected four Class III directors and declared a 10-cent per share dividend at its annual meeting last week.
