- ➤ On April 3, 2025, Davenport police arrested a man who cashed three forged checks at Time Bank branches in Davenport and Bettendorf for a total of $7,584.24; he now faces three felony forgery charges and one felony second-degree theft charge and is held on a $5,000 bond (according to arrest affidavits).
