One Eighty organization is opening new affordable, sober housing in west Davenport to serve 18 people this summer — 14 will live in a renovated apartment at 915 Fillmore St. and 4 in a restored house at 626 Taylor St. The project was funded by a $606,636 grant and private donations — and will support graduates of its recovery program in rebuilding stable lives.
