- ➤ The Quad Cities Honor Flight will transport more than 80 veterans and volunteer guardians to Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, Sept. 16 to visit military memorials and join a welcome event at the local airport — sponsored by Hy-Vee and other donors, with free parking for veterans and families. - ➤ ChildServe will open a new facility in Davenport at 935 E 53rd St.—the 9,865-square-foot space will offer autism services and outpatient rehabilitation therapy including speech, occupational and physical therapy when it opens in early 2026.
