- ➤ Safer Foundation’s Employment Services program office has moved to a new location at 2235 Third Ave., Rock Island because its former building was bought by the city for riverfront development. - ➤ Davenport police closed Lily Massage at 2164 W. Kimberly Road and arrested 48-year-old Lihua Chen on charges of ongoing criminal conduct— a Class B felony— as well as pimping, pandering, and conspiracy after a tip on June 26 led to an investigation; she is held without bond in Scott County Jail. The Quad City Times
- ➤ Davenport police closed Lily Massage at 2164 W. Kimberly Road—and arrested its alleged manager Lihua Chen, who faces charges of ongoing criminal conduct, pimping, pandering and conspiracy to commit a nonforcible felony and is held in Scott County Jail without bond. The Dispatch Argus
