- ➤ Connor Kincaid, known as the Gentle Giant, died in a 2017 motorcycle crash and is honored by a trade-focused scholarship for students planning careers in the trades. On Tuesday, his father Don Kincaid and local supporter Chuck Ripley presented a check for over $4,000 — funds managed by the Quad Cities Community Foundation to continue his legacy.
