A drop in center for unhoused individuals will open in Rock Island on Oct.

On Sept. 3, EHDG and Newbury Living were honored at the Housing Iowa Conference by the Iowa Finance Authority for their New Horizons project that renovated 21 properties in Davenport into 45 modern, affordable homes—designed for families earning at or below 60% of the area median income. The award highlighted their innovative work with local contractors to integrate these homes into existing neighborhoods and preserve community character.
