- ➤ At Hayes Elementary School, the principal cut his hair—fulfilling a deal where students had to hit a 95% attendance rate—after the students reached their target on Friday. KWQC
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ A report by the Iowa Environmental Council showed that tax breaks for wind and solar helped build a strong renewable energy industry but also hurt nuclear power by causing the closure of the Duane Arnold plant and pushing big tech companies to invest billions in restarting it.
