- ➤ AAA in Bettendorf will host a TSA PreCheck enrollment event from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday at its Falcon Avenue office. U.S. citizens, nationals and lawful permanent residents must bring proof of identity, citizenship, fingerprints and a photo, and pay $78—applicants can apply online beforehand for a faster process. - ➤ Crews have begun installing the foundation for the pedestrian bridge at Main Street Landing downtown—part of a 10-acre riverfront park project funded by a $9.6M grant from Governor Reynolds—and residents may hear construction noise near the roller dams to LeClaire Park between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. for the next couple of weeks.
