- ➤ Col. Shawn Creamer has been named joint executive director of the Rock Island Arsenal Defense Alliance and the Quad Cities Manufacturing Institute after his appointment was announced Nov. 18. - ➤ UnityPoint Health will honor hospice patients and their families this holiday season with its Project Peace Tree program that accepts donations to engrave names on custom glass ornaments for display at its Quad Cities campuses before delivering them to donors.
