The utility advises checking shut-off valves (often near the water meter), turning off sprinklers, and insulating pipes to prevent costly repairs.

Palmer Hills — a Holiday senior living community managed by Atria — won a 2026 Caring Star award based on a 4.5 rating from residents and families.
