West End Revitalization unveiled nine participatory budgeting proposals on Tuesday evening at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center in Rock Island—these proposals, based on public comments from two meetings, will be open for voting starting August 20.
The Quad Cities Chamber launched a new economic development organization called Grow Quad Cities on July 1 to boost regional business growth.
